Job description
This position involves working in a prestigious commercial company in the West Yorkshire area. The post holder will be working as a Financial Analyst and will be heavily involved in high-level work. Daily duties will include: providing Finance Business Support for UK MD&D (DePuy JTE & Spine sales $330m); sales $813m business-Sales reporting by sales region/key product brands/customer including sales forecasting; sales variance analysis Price/Volume/Mix; preparation of sales adjustments/sales force commission; monitor & publish month SG&A spend variances and commentary; prepare monthly management reporting for UK MD&D Franchises; assist with Finance Business Partner support to UK Sales & Marketing Management teams; develop strategic plans business plans & quarterly forecasts in partnership with UK Marketing Controllers; promote & support financial awareness and education for UK business partners; support for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance & testing; BI analysis for new product introduction/portfolio reviews. You must be a qualified Accountant who ideally has used SAP and JD Edwards. Those who have experience working in a commercial environment and have an awareness of WW corporate reporting environments will be at an advantage.
